It also a member of Travel Agents Association of India and Indian Association of Tour Operators.
Starting our first overseas business venture with M/s. Caledonian Airways Ltd. From the United Kingdom and presently still functioning as its authorized representatives, besides representing Britannia Airways, Flying Colors of UK, Air Tours and other Airlines.
Our Main Function consists of supervising all the services provided by the handling company as per IATA regulations. The above airlines are currently operating one of the biggest aircrafts introduced to Goa, L-1011, B-767 and B-757, which cater to charter passengers from the United Kingdom. This handling is presently undertaken by our sister concern Freedom Aero Services.
Our team consists of experienced professionals, distinguished in the art of hospitality and having a good local rapport with the airlines, hoteliers and airport authorities. (e.g. Immigrations & Customs, as we also service customers at our airport office in the departure terminal.) This enables us to handle any situation with competence. Furthermore, our excellent fleet of cars and coaches provide efficient service at any given time.
Our vast experience and contacts not only in the state of Goa, but also outside Goa enables us to service our customers from a broader perspective. Our efficient handling of conferences & group bookings inclusive of the whole gamut, right from air ticket , rail tickets, hotel bookings, sight seeing, arrival and departure transfers, has a personalized touch marked by characteristic hospitality and endeavour to serve to the best. |
