Freedom Aero Services Goa is a supervisory company established with the objective to handle all aviation related services like, providing representation services to the foreign airlines at various Airports in Go, Rest of India & Neighboring Countries a and assisting Domestic and International airlines in their administrative and operational requirements, while operating at the Dabolim Airport. Within a short while we started our first overseas business venture with M/s. Caledonian Airways Ltd. from the United Kingdom.
Today Freedom Aero Services Goa handles all Thomas Cook flights to Goa from Europe and Scandinavia. We have represented Britannia Airways, Flying Colors UK, JMC Airlines, My Travel Airways, First Choice Airways, Air Tours and other Charter Airlines. Some of the above airlines are currently operating the biggest aircrafts to Goa AB-330, B-767 and B-757, which cater to charter passengers from the United Kingdom and other European Countries.
Our Main Function consists of supervising all the services provided by the handling company as per IATA regulations. Office Set Up : We have a fully furnished office in the International Departure Terminal at Dabolim airport. Airport office is fully equipped with latest communication gadgets like telephones, SITA connection, fax, email, photocopy machine and walkie talkie handsets to communicate from the ramp area to the terminal, as well as in the terminals.
We do also conduct exceptionally high standard of Customer Services training as our European Charter Airlines demand this and are pleased with our efforts.
We do also give utmost importance to Customer Services as Top Priority dealing with passengers by providing them with flight information at the check-in counters, with sick / invalid / unaccompanied minors, delayed flight passengers by arranging refreshments, hotel accommodation, transportation and dealing with lost and damaged baggage by filling PIR forms and following up.
We can provide our best services with qualified and fully trained staff as per your request at various points at the Airport.

- Arrange Supervised Ground Handling Services as per the IATA ground handling Annex A, Section 13. One professionally trained supervisor is assigned for each flight, who controls the complete operations of the flight from arrival to its departure.
- Supervision of the complete handling of flight of corporate and commercial jets in India and Nepal, ensuring all contracted service levels are maintained to achieve on-time departure. Also ensuring that aircraft operations, aircraft handling and documentation are conducted to the airlines’ specific requirements and are in accordance with ICAO/IATA recommended practices.
- Complete co-ordination with the Ministry of Defence, D.G.C.A., Airports Authority of India and other Govt. Authorities for obtaining necessary clearances, permits and slots.
- Co-ordination with local Fuel Agencies for the fuel uplift.
- Arrangements of in-flight services including Catering, Aircraft Cleaning etc.
- Provision/arrangements of ramp security for parked aircraft.
- Any odd time clearances for emergency operations.
- Operational assistance - Flight Watch, Weather Briefings and provisions of current NOTAMS. If required, also can provide worldwide operational assistance.
- Tour operator's representation - provided by additional dedicated team of our tour division.
- Keep track of each flight round the clock from its arrival to take-off.
- Arrange hotel accommodation and transport for both crew and passengers.
- Assistance to crew and passenger to complete their airport formalities.
- Specialists in the handling of diplomatic and VIP flights, coordinating with the concerned Govt. Authorities
